These terms apply to the SCA Bid Pricing Pro workbook and guide (the “Product”), the WageBid website and the WageBid Google Sheets add-on, all provided by WageBid (“we,” “us”). By buying or using them you agree to these terms.
1. License
- One purchase licenses one business (one company and its employees) to use the Product.
- You may use it for an unlimited number of bids and contracts, make copies for internal use, and modify your copies.
- You may share completed bid files with your own customers, teaming partners and the Government as part of a proposal.
- You may not resell, sublicense, give away, publish or redistribute the Product or a template derived from it, or share it outside your business.
We keep all rights in the Product not expressly granted here.
2. Not legal or tax advice
The Product, the free lookup and the add-on are pricing aids. They are not legal, tax or accounting advice and do not create any professional relationship. Consult a qualified advisor about your specific situation.
3. You are responsible for your bid
You are responsible for verifying the wage determination number and revision, rates, fringe benefits, clauses and every other requirement in your own solicitation and contract, and for the prices you submit. Wage-determination data on this site is copied from SAM.gov and may lag behind or differ from the official source. The official SAM.gov wage determination and your solicitation always govern.
4. No warranty
The Product, website, lookup and add-on are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, except as required by law.
5. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WageBid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, contract losses or penalties, arising from use of the Product, website, lookup or add-on. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Product.
6. Refunds
If the file does not open or does not work as described, email wagebid.team@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. We will try to fix it first; if we cannot, we will refund your purchase in full through the store where you bought it.
7. Updates
Your purchase includes free updates for 12 months. Updates are delivered through the store where you bought the Product.
8. Payments
Purchases are processed by Whop or Gumroad, which act as the seller of record or payment processor under their own terms. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
9. General
WageBid is not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Labor, GSA or SAM.gov. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you purchased applies to that purchase. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
